Surgeries: We select the surgical method based on the patient’s condition, including endovascular embolization, endovenous thermal ablation, sclerotherapy, high ligation, and vein stripping. Outpatient treatment is the general principle. We were the first in the prefecture to introduce endovascular embolization, achieving 500 cases by 2023. In 2023, we performed surgery on 379 cases (555 limbs).
