Ipinakita ng case study na ito kung paano nabawasan ng operasyon ang extracellular fluid ratio sa katawan (naunang naiulat sa Phlebology 2024, Vol. 39(8) 527–533). Ang nabawasang fluid ratio ay sumusuporta sa pagpapabuti ng mga sintomas na may kaugnayan sa edema, kabilang ang pamamaga sa kabilang binti, kamay, at mukha, pati na rin ang bawas na nocturia.
